I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3 boys. This has been a long road for me. For most of my teenage years and now into my 20’s, I have struggled with my weight. I was able to keep it under control, for the most part, with marching band and walking to classes in college. But since having my third child, it has been a losing uphill battle. I want it to be a place where I can be honest with myself about where I need to improve, and what I am doing right. I also want to be a role model for my children. It’s important for them to be healthy, and if they can see me being healthy and caring about my body, they will want to do that same.
